2. Eligibility and Account Use
You may use the website and place orders only if you are legally able to enter into binding agreements. If you purchase a product or service on behalf of a company, workshop or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure;

3. Digital Products
CADPROFF sells digital CAD drawing packages and related downloadable files. Depending on the individual product, the package may include PDF fabrication drawings, DXF cutting files, STEP models, bills of materials, assembly diagrams, instructions, technical notes and other digital documentation.
CADPROFF primarily sells digital products. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page or in a written agreement, no physical product, material, hardware, printed drawing or manufactured part is shipped to the Customer.
The exact contents, file formats, technical characteristics and price of each digital product are described on the relevant product page before purchase.
Product images, illustrations, mockups, previews and example renders are intended to help Customers understand the nature of the product. The purchased digital files are defined by the product description and order information.
4. Product Prices and Currency
Current product prices are displayed on the website and confirmed during checkout before payment.
The applicable currency and final order amount are displayed before the Customer confirms the purchase. The Customer will not be charged an amount different from the final amount displayed during checkout without separate authorization.
CADPROFF may change product prices, discounts, availability and descriptions at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been successfully paid for unless required by applicable law.
Taxes, VAT or other mandatory charges, where applicable, will be included in or added to the final order amount as indicated during checkout.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
To place an order, the Customer selects a product, adds it to the shopping cart, proceeds to checkout, provides the required information and completes payment using one of the available payment methods.
An order is considered accepted after:
- The Customer submits the order through the website;
- The required payment is successfully authorized and processed;
- CADPROFF generates an order confirmation or provides access to the purchased digital product.
CADPROFF may contact the Customer if additional information is required to verify or process an order.
CADPROFF reserves the right to reject or cancel an order before digital delivery where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, payment error, technical malfunction, incorrect pricing or unlawful activity. If payment has already been received for an order that is cancelled by CADPROFF before delivery, the applicable amount will be returned through the available payment channel.
6. Payment
Customers may pay using the payment methods displayed during checkout. Depending on availability, this may include payment by Visa, Mastercard or other supported payment methods.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Payment card information may be entered and processed within the secure payment infrastructure of the applicable payment provider.
- The Customer must provide valid payment information;
- The final payable amount is displayed before payment confirmation;
- Payment must be successfully completed before digital download access is provided;
- The payment provider or issuing bank may require additional authentication, including 3D Secure;
- CADPROFF does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its website.
If payment fails, is reversed, charged back, disputed or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, CADPROFF may suspend access to the relevant digital files until the payment issue is resolved.
7. Digital Delivery
Delivery of standard CADPROFF digital products is electronic.
After successful payment, purchased files may be made available through:
- The Customer account on cadproff.com;
- The order confirmation page;
- The Downloads section of the Customer account;
- A download link sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Digital products described as instant downloads are normally made available after successful confirmation of payment.
No shipping charge applies to products identified as digital downloads because no physical item is delivered.
If the Customer does not receive access to the purchased files after successful payment, the Customer should contact CADPROFF and provide the order number, product name and email address used during checkout.
CADPROFF will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide the purchased files where the order and payment can be verified.
8. Order Cancellation
A Customer who wishes to cancel an order should contact CADPROFF as soon as possible using the contact details provided on this page or through the website support page.
For digital products, cancellation may be possible before download access has been provided or before the digital files have otherwise been delivered to the Customer.
Once download access has been provided, the files have been downloaded or performance of a custom digital service has begun, cancellation and refund rights may be limited subject to applicable law.
Cancellation requests should include:
- The Customer’s full name;
- The email address used during checkout;
- The order number;
- The product or service concerned;
- The reason for the cancellation request.
9. Refunds and Digital Product Policy
Because CADPROFF products are digital goods that may be delivered immediately after payment, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and whether access to the digital product has already been provided.
A refund request may be reviewed where, for example:
- Payment was completed but the purchased files were not provided and the issue cannot be resolved;
- The files supplied are materially different from the product purchased;
- A technical defect prevents the purchased files from being used and CADPROFF cannot provide a working replacement;
- The Customer was charged more than once for the same transaction;
- The order was cancelled before digital delivery where cancellation is permitted;
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
A refund will generally not be granted solely because the Customer changed their mind after receiving or downloading the digital files, selected the wrong product without first requesting assistance, lacks compatible software or equipment, or no longer needs the purchased files, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To request a refund, contact Lepen1410@mail.ru and provide your order number, account email, product name, reason for the request and any relevant supporting information.
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method or another method permitted by the applicable payment provider.
Additional rules are available in the Digital Product Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. License and Usage Restrictions
Purchasing a CADPROFF digital product grants the Customer a limited right to use the purchased files in accordance with the applicable CADPROFF License Agreement.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying CAD files, drawings, documentation, design structure, source files, copyright or other intellectual property rights to the Customer.
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license or by written permission from CADPROFF, the Customer must not:
- Resell the original digital files;
- Redistribute or share the files with third parties;
- Publish or upload the files to public websites, repositories or file-sharing services;
- Sublicense the original digital files;
- Include the files in digital product bundles offered for resale;
- Claim authorship or ownership of CADPROFF digital files;
- Remove copyright, license or ownership information where such information is included in the files.
The full license terms are available on the License Agreement page.
11. Custom CAD Design Requests
CADPROFF may offer custom CAD design, drawing modification, DXF preparation, fabrication documentation and related engineering or drafting services.
A custom project is not considered accepted until CADPROFF and the Customer have agreed on the essential project terms, including the scope of work, deliverables, price and expected timeline.
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate dimensions, technical requirements and reference materials;
- CADPROFF may request additional information before beginning work;
- Changes outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees and additional time;
- CADPROFF may decline projects that are unlawful, unsafe, technically inappropriate, insufficiently defined or outside the scope of services offered;
- Delivery terms for custom projects may differ from instant-download products;
- Custom digital work may be subject to separate revision, cancellation and refund conditions agreed before the work begins.
12. Fabrication, Safety and Professional Responsibility
CADPROFF files are provided for digital fabrication planning, workshop use and other purposes described on the relevant product page.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the files before production, verifying dimensions, material specifications, tolerances and compatibility with the intended manufacturing method.
CADPROFF does not represent that every design is suitable for every machine, material, fabrication process, engineering standard, building code, workshop environment or jurisdiction.
Before cutting, machining, welding, assembling, installing or using any item based on CADPROFF files, the Customer should independently verify all relevant technical details and obtain professional engineering, manufacturing or safety advice where necessary.
The Customer is responsible for complying with applicable safety requirements, manufacturing standards and local laws relating to the final fabricated product.
13. Intellectual Property
The CADPROFF website, brand, logo, product descriptions, website text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, drawings, downloadable files, CAD models, DXF files, documentation and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the website, Customer account, payment functionality or CADPROFF digital products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing or harmful purposes.

15. Technical Availability
CADPROFF aims to keep the website, Customer accounts and digital downloads reasonably available, but continuous and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting problems, payment provider issues, software updates, network outages or circumstances outside CADPROFF’s reasonable control.
If a technical problem prevents access to a purchased digital product, Customers should contact support so that the order can be verified and reasonable assistance can be provided.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
CADPROFF does not guarantee compatibility with every CAD program, CAM system, CNC machine, cutting process, material, software version or fabrication workflow unless such compatibility is expressly stated in the product description.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CADPROFF will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from improper use of digital files, failure to verify manufacturing data, incompatible software or equipment, incorrect fabrication settings or unauthorized modification of the supplied files.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Personal Data and Privacy
CADPROFF processes Customer information for purposes including order processing, payment administration, delivery of digital products, account management, Customer support and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
More information about the collection and processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
